We are specialists in vocational rehabilitation, careers counselling, job search interventions and well-being support services and have the depth of knowledge and experience needed to deal with a range of employment and related issues. We are customer centric and solutions focussed, adhere to the highest standards of professional ethics and confidentiality and are Level 4 Social Services Accredited. We are experienced in delivering services face to face and remotely via Zoom.

Grant is widely knowledgeable with experience encompassing psychology, clinical research, paramedical science, pharmaceutical development, vocational rehabilitation and careers practice. Raised in New Plymouth, he has worked in various locations around New Zealand and in London, held senior management, research and development roles, and delivered outplacement, careers and vocational services to numerous businesses, agencies and individuals over his extensive career. He is a key contracted provider to MSD and ACC and an approved MSD Work Ability Assessor and ACC Occupational Assessor.

Melanie has extensive customer service and relationship management experience within New Zealand and Australia with over four years’ experience brokering staffing solutions and facilitating employment incentive packages for businesses in Taranaki. She has a wide and established network of business and community contacts and is committed to growing relationships with local companies and meeting their human resource needs.
Melanie is a firm believer in building and growing collaborative relationships through trust, professionalism and the delivery of positive and enduring results. A student of Careers Development Association of New Zealand, Melanie keeps herself updated with current trends and issues within the Labour Market and is able to guide job seekers accordingly.
